Commercial masonry, EIFS and stucco for general contractors in the Gulf South

The masonry package should be the part of the job you stop thinking about.

What you are actually buying

You are not buying block and mortar. Every general contractor can get a number for that.

You are buying whether the wall is dried in when the schedule says it will be, whether the submittals land before they are chased, and whether the closeout meeting is a signature or an argument. That part does not appear on the bid sheet, and it is the part that costs you when it goes wrong.

How a bid works here

Send the drawings and the bid date

Email them or use the form. If the package is incomplete, tell us what is coming and when.

You get a number, and what we found

Priced on the specification as written, plus a note on anything worth knowing early: a long lead unit, a detail that will not drain, a scope gap between us and the next trade.

The paperwork starts before the block does

Submittals, mix designs, mock up panels and the special inspector's calendar, handled in the order that keeps the wall moving.

Our Services

Brick and stone veneer

Face brick, adhered thin brick, natural and cast stone, architectural precast and pavers. Long lead brick gets submitted early, so the veneer is not what holds up your closeout.

Restoration and renovation

Repair and replacement on existing brick, stone and block, including occupied buildings. Tuckpointing, unit replacement, cleaning and sealant renewal, matched to what is already standing.

Structural CMU and retaining walls

Load bearing block, foundation walls and site retaining structures. f’m statements, mock up panels and the full submittal package, when the drawings call for them.

EIFS, stucco and waterproofing

Synthetic and traditional stucco, coatings and air barrier. Under the same contract as the block, which most masonry contractors in this region do not offer at all.
